Who can I talk to if I have a problem?

Depending on the nature of the problem and who you’d prefer to speak to, every hall has a team of Resident Assistants (RAs) who live in and work on a duty roster making them available at night and over the weekends. Accommodation staff can also give advice and the University’s Office of Student Affairs provides teams of advisors and counsellors. The Student Union also provides welfare advice.
