What happens if I withdraw from the course?

Residents who withdraw from University, for whatever reason, must notify the Accommodation Service immediately in writing and must provide written confirmation from their school that they are withdrawing or have withdrawn. Consideration will then be given as to whether the licence can be terminated. If a resident is released from his/her contract, he/she will be charged until the day that the room is vacated and the keys to the room and flat are returned.
