What happens if I leave Hall?

Students are liable for the Hall Fees for the period of the contracted Licence Agreement – normally the full 40 weeks that cover the entire academic session. Students can be released from their contracts only in certain specific circumstances (i.e. withdrawal from a course, introduction of an acceptable new replacement resident). Students wishing to depart before the end of the contracted Licence dates must speak with Accommodation Services before making any arrangements to vacate.
