Anneka Farrow Business School

Anneka is an experienced learning & development and organisational development professional. Her current full time role is the South East Route Training Manager at Network Rail. 

After graduating from the University of Greenwich in 2006, with a first class BA Hons degree in Business Studies and French, Anneka went on to work for Eurostar where she spent seven years, moving from a customer service role to the learning and development team, where she found her vocation. Additionally, Anneka has also worked in Marie Curie Cancer Care as the People and Organisational Development Business Partner and Laing O'Rourke as the Graduate Talent Manager.

Anneka is passionate about developing people, having volunteered and been a mentor to a number of mentee's via the CIPD's Steps Ahead mentoring scheme, which helps young people into the workplace. She is a member of the CIPD Kent Branch Committee which aims to further develop Kent CIPD members through self managed learning groups as well as networking and training events.

As an alumna of the University of Greenwich, she also provides coaching and mentoring to undergraduates there and is currently working towards an ILM Level 5 Coaching & Mentoring certificate.
