Mark Doughty, Global Talent & Development Director for the Infrastructure Division of Deutsche Bank, presents the latest Big Picture seminar from the Business School, Does mindset matter in business? The talk is on Wednesday 26 February 2014, 5pm-7pm.

Mark has worked at Deutsche Bank since 2010. He leads a team of over 100 people who in turn are responsible for 60,000 employees in 79 locations around the world. His primary responsibility is to support operations in driving culture change, strategy execution and organisational effectiveness. He is a member of the British Psychological Society and holds both an MEd (adult learning) and an MA (strategy).
