In Successful Change through Incentives and Trust, Nic Vine, a change manager and strategist, will discuss what is involved in delivering successful, sustainable change, whether it is on the shop floor, in the company infrastructure or inside the boardroom.

He will explain, and illustrate from his own experience, how incentives and trust can be understood and managed to good effect.
