Nick Hand gained working experience in the retail banking industry and qualified with ACCA in 1994. He has taught across most areas of Accounting & Finance particularly Management Accounting & Financial Modelling. He was previously a Head of Department of Accounting & Finance and, subsequently, from 2005 - 2011, he was based in China working with various Chinese Universities providing teaching and programme development support. The partnerships developed are still running strongly with significant numbers of Chinese students transferring to the Business Faculty each year.
