The Greenwich Employability Passport (GEP) Business School

What?

The Greenwich Employability Passport (GEP) encourages employability among students from your first day at university. GEP recognises students' additional activities and achievements.

Why?

The current job market is highly competitive. Employers need graduates to be work-ready and with relevant experience. Additional activities and your degree will help you to stand out, shine and beat the competition! GEP documents this and increases student pride in those experiences.

How?

All students are automatically attached to the GEP and points will be awarded to your activities and achievements.

To secure the passport, students receive a total of 200 points throughout their degree at the University of Greenwich. You will be awarded a certified CV from us, a GEP LinkedIn recommendation and an invitation to an employer's networking event.

At various points on this journey you can receive rewards at set milestones:

  • 10 points – USB wristband
  • 30 points – University branded portfolio
  • 80 points – Invitation to exclusive networking event
  • 150 Points – Special Training
  • 200 Points – The Passport (Certified Statement of Passport Activities and Linked In Recommendation)
