Dr Kenisha Linton joined the University of Greenwich in the spring of 2016. Prior to this, she was a senior lecturer and programme leader at Kingston University, London.

Kenisha obtained her PhD in Management at Royal Holloway, University of London in 2014. Her doctoral thesis examined the topic of equality, diversity and inclusion in the Metropolitan Police Service. Prior to her PhD studies, she completed an MSc in International Management at the University of Essex and a BBA in Marketing and International Business at the University of Technology, Jamaica.

Kenisha's doctoral research examined the topic of equality, diversity and inclusion in the London Metropolitan Police Service from a critical realist approach. She also conducts research on the experiences of black and minority ethnic (BME) staff and students in the higher education sector. Kenisha engages in various collaborative research projects in the areas of cross-cultural management and strategic human resource development.
