Lisa Schulte has completed her M.A. degree in 2008. Before starting her MPhil/PhD she worked as a research contractor for the Free University of Berlin, Germany and as a professional in international HR recruitment and administration in the public and private sector. She is preparing a MPhil/PhD thesis on education and training schemes in the wind energy sector in France, Germany and the United Kingdom. As a member of the Work and Employment Research Unit she is involved in research on welfare to work services in Denmark, France, Germany and the United Kingdom, and in external research on European Works Councils. She is a guest lecturer at the University of Greenwich's HROB Department.

  • Europeanisation of company-level industrial relations in the service sector, led by University of Applied Sciences at Fulda, Germany
