What is your favourite memory from university?
In my second year I was invited to meet with potential employers. This was a great experience as it gave me the opportunity to exchange career ideas and the employment options available to me at the time.

What are you up to now?
Almost straight after I graduated I joined Linda Farrow which is a UK luxury fashion brand. I am now a Customer Relationship Manager, working on database development and maintaining different direct marketing activities.

What did you learn on your programme?
I developed profound understanding of marketing in the business field. The programme represents the creative, vocational and academic points of business and marketing. Tutors and lecturers were always offering great examples that bridge the gap between the classroom and real life.

What advice would you give students who may want to join the University of Greenwich?

Getting work experience while at university, no matter whether it is related to a business field or the subject you are studying, will help you improve your communication skills and interactions with others. You will learn how to work within a team which is very important. Therefore, I wouldn't only base the personal development on the academic side, but you should also acquire some work experience.

Where does your drive and energy come from?
Knowing myself and what I want to achieve as well as having an objective in my life and working out how to achieve it. That's really where my drive and determination has come from.

What makes you most proud about being a University of Greenwich graduate?
It makes me proud that the university opens doors and teaches you to explore yourself and find the person you are, not only teaching you knowledge.
