Programmes

Our staff's research and teaching interests span the fields of information management, knowledge management, project management, strategic management, decision making, operations management, supply chain management, logistics management, and entrepreneurship. We also run specialist undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes in project management, entrepreneurship and innovation, logistics and transport, and purchasing and supply chain management.

Research

Our Supply Chain Management Research Group provides research and consultancy on Closed-Loop Supply Chain design and performance improvement. Our Sustainability, Technology & Entrepreneurship Research Unit provides research that is of significance to society, the environment and the economy.

Links

We have developed close links with relevant professional bodies to ensure that our programmes are closely matched to employers' needs. Our programmes are recognised by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, and the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply.

We also participate in PRME, a United Nations-supported Principles for Responsible Management Education engagement platform for business schools and management education-related institutions. This allows access to dynamic local and global learning communities that collaborate on projects and events that address the complex challenges faced by business and society in the 21st century.
