How to apply
All applications for full-time undergraduate programmes are made via the UCAS website. If you applied before 30th June 2012 and do not have a place to study, UCAS will allocate you your CRN.
- Go to the UCAS website, click 'Apply' and then 'Register to Apply 2012'.
- Once you have created an account on UCAS, you will be given a Clearing Reference Number (CRN) and a UCAS Personal Identification Number (PIN); you need both to make an application with us. If you are having difficulty registering online with UCAS, visit the Application Zone at the university on the ground floor of Queen Mary Building (Maritime Campus) and our assistants there will guide you through the process.
- As soon as you have both your CRN and your UCAS PIN, call us on 0208 331 9000 to check whether your desired programme is available.
- If there are vacancies and you meet the entry criteria and conditions above, we will complete an application form on your behalf. We will then either offer you a place, or pass your details to an academic for further consideration.
- Once an application has been assessed, we will confirm our decision with an e-mail. As soon as you receive an offer by e-mail, you must confirm your Clearing choice on the UCAS website.
- Once you have confirmed your offer on UCAS Track, you must reply to the university by e-mail as instructed to firmly accept the place.
- If you have any problems, don't hesitate to give us a call on 0208 331 9000.
