Wendy joined the university in 2009 in her current role, lecturing on perioperative nursing and advanced practice roles. Her clinical background is in the perioperative setting, as well as senior management within the NHS. As part of the new perioperative courses, she has developed online learning and assessing within the university's virtual learning environment. Wendy has also worked alongside a fellow perioperative lecturer to introduce the concept of shared learning across all post-registration courses.
