Another successful workshop organised by the Kent and Medway Contaminated Land Forum was hosted by the School of Science on Wednesday 13 November 2013. Workshop 11 allowed developers, consultants, landowners, waste operators and regulators opportunities to discuss the need for soil treatment in the SE , the need for soil treatment centres for construction and demolition wastes, including contaminated soils and recent developments in the regulations governing waste and contaminated soils.
