British Science Week Symposium

Do you have students who want to pursue a career in science or passionate about current scientific affairs? If the answer is yes, encourage them to attend our British Science Week symposium. Parents and guardians are welcome too as the lectures are open to the public. This is a great opportunity to meet and network with researchers and academics on the cutting edge of science.

This symposium is aimed at Year 11 and A-Level students, with the intention of promoting diverse and exciting science based careers. If you have students who would benefit from networking with scientists from various disciplines please encourage them to come along! The event is not only open to students and parents – we would like anyone with a passionate interest in science to attend, especially if you are eager to find out what research is being undertaken in the field of renewable energy.

Establishing links with colleagues and external collaborators is essential for career success. The RSC Kent Local Section, is pleased to offer you a chance to meet other scientists in your local area.
