Hosting conferences and events at Avery Hill Campus

The Avery Hill Campus is split into two sites and set around 86 acres of scenic parkland in Eltham, South East London. Together, the Mansion and Southwood Sites combine the style and grace of a Victorian mansion with the best of modern classroom, living and sporting facilities.
For over 80 years, the campus was home to Avery Hill Training College, some of whose 19th- and 20th century buildings are listed by English Heritage.
Near the campus is Eltham Palace, which is two great homes in one: Henry VIII's boyhood home is next door to a wonderful example of 1930s chic, an Art Deco mansion built for millionaire Stephen Courtauld.
The Avery Hill campus offers year-round facilities for conferences, meetings, sports and hospitality, as well as onsite accommodation during the summer vacation. Conveniently located in Zone 4 with good road and rail links nearby, the campus provides the advantages of being accessible to London.
