The Village at Avery Hill is a development of shared flats for between four and nine people, built as a series of courts surrounding the spacious and green campus at Southwood Site.
The traditionally-designed three and four storey brick buildings have entry phone access, kitchens and communal living areas. Each bedroom contains a mini-fridge and standard bedroom furnishings.
Phase 1 of the Village – Aragon, Boleyn and Seymour Courts – offers standard flats with shared toilet and shower facilities within each flat.
Phase 2 – Cleves, Howard, Parr and Tudor – contains ensuite toilet/shower facilities within each individual bedroom.
Bed linen and bath towel are included in the cost.
There is 24 hour onsite security in addition to free parking where available.
