SCONUL Access Library Registration Form

Approved SCONUL Access members are required to complete the registration form below, to gain access to our Avery Hill and Greenwich campus libraries.

You will also need to send a digital passport-style photograph of yourself and your SCONUL Access membership confirmation email to librarymembership@gre.ac.uk.

An email with more details will be sent to your email address, once you have submitted the form.

Please note that if you require access at the Drill Hall, our Medway campus library, you will need to visit the library to register.

Why we ask you for this information:

The University collects information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 / General Data Protection Regulation (from 25/05/18).

The information given on your registration form will be held securely within the University's IT environment and the library management system and it will be used for the following purposes only:

  • To enable the Library to create your library record.
  • To enable the Library to monitor and compile statistics on stock circulation, fines payments and borrower data. The Library may assist other organisations or individual researchers to compile such statistics, provided that no statistical information that could identify you as a person will be published. 

The retention period for borrower data is the current academic year plus 6 years.
