Getting your new laptop set up

In order to expedite the installation of your laptop the IT Service Desk will need the following information:

  • The UG number of your laptop (if available)
  • The make and model number of your laptop
  • Your location details and contact information
  • Details of any non-standard software you need to have installed

If you are unsure if you need any non-standard software installed, please consult your manager.
