Staff Development and Training
Welcome to the Staff Development Unit. We are Zofia Ashmore, Anna Radley, Cheryl Osborne, Lexie Bray and Livina Asiedu.
The Staff Development Policy sets out the University’s approach to and provision of staff development in the context of the Human Resources Strategy. It also sets out the arrangements by which staff can benefit from the University’s academic provision to support their development.
To fulfil the requirements of the policy and strategy we offer a range of development events.
In conjunction with the Educational Development Team we offer an Educational and Professional Development Programme for staff. The Programme includes both internally and externally facilitated development sessions aimed at both academic and support staff.
We hope that you will find something of interest to you.
Many of the sessions are also open to colleagues from Partner Colleges.
