The IT Helpdesk can be reached either by telephoning extension 7555 (020 8331 7555 if calling from outside the University) or by e-mailing helpdesk@gre.ac.uk Please note your call may be monitored for training purposes.
The IT Helpdesk is a service for staff only
Students based on a university campus can get help from the Student Computing Support pages or your local computing lab. Students (and staff) based or working off-campus can get help from the Oscars and Portal support pages.
