Help options for staff

What system do you need help with?

BannerWeb

BannerWeb online help

If you are able to log into the Portal but unable to access BannerWeb then contact BannerWeb Support. Otherwise contact the IT Helpdesk.

Moodle

Moodle online help

Contact the Moodle representative for your School. If they are unable to resolve the issue they can escalate to Moodle support via the IT Helpdesk.

Turnitin

Turnitin online help

Any queries regards creating Turnitin assignments in Moodle should go to your School Moodle representative. Any other Turnitin enquires should go directly to Turnitin support.

Other technical issues
(Portal, network, software etc)

All other technical issues should be reported to the IT Helpdesk.

What system do you need help with?

BannerWeb

BannerWeb online help

If you are able to login to the Portal but cannot access BannerWeb via the 'Student Records' channel on the 'My Learning' tab then contact BannerWeb support. Otherwise complete the support request form.

Turnitin

Turnitin online help

Contact your course tutor.

Moodle

Moodle online help

If you cannot see your courses in Moodle please check that your course details are accurate by logging into the Portal, navigating to the 'My Learning' tab and using the 'Student Records' channel.

If your course details are only inaccurate in Moodle or you are experiencing a different issue with Moodle please complete the support request form.
