Responsibility for the management and coordination of International Collaborative Partnerships in the Business Faculty at the University of Greenwich.  The Business Faculty has international partnerships with institutions in Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Sri Lanka.

Based in South-East Asia since January 2014, Dr Dass is managing the Business Faculty portfolio of International collaborations overseas.  Previous roles in higher education include student employability manager, admissions tutor and administration manager.

Responsibilities within the university

Dr Dass teaching responsibilities include undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in:

  • management skills
  • cross cultural management
  • organisational behaviour
  • research methods
  • career management
  • project supervision

Research / Scholarly interests

Dr Raj Dass has completed his doctoral studies with the Faculty of Education & Health. Dr Dass thesis was entitled "Perceptions of UK Franchised TNE in Vietnam, and its impact on Curriculum Innovation". Further research interests include transnational education and cross-cultural learning environments.
