Part Time Teachers
PART TIME TEACHERS (Hourly Paid)
Location: Avery Hill Campus
The School of Architecture and Construction University of Greenwich is looking for part-time staff to teach the following undergraduate courses:
· Planting Design as a technical course
· Habitat Creation and Nature Conservation approaches to design
· Historic Garden Conservation
Candidates should be landscape architects and/ or garden designers with additional qualifications and/or experience in the above subjects. Teaching would be both at Hadlow College, Kent,and the School of Architecture and Construction Avery Hill Eltham. The courses (aka units) would involve teaching undergraduate level student courses to landscape architecture, landscape management and garden design students from the beginning of October 2009.
These are hourly paid posts currently at the rate of £40.80 per hour (plus London Weighting where appropriate) on an annual contract basis. Typically appointments are for either six hours per week or three hours per week, plus time for course organization.
