Global population continues to increase and by necessity our future is Urban. As human abuse of the planets resources continues to adversely affect our environment and accelerate climate change, our present forms of agriculture, architecture, engineering, and technology are deeply flawed - our way of life is not sustainable!
If we are to create a sustainable world, one in which we are accountable to the needs of all future generations and all living creatures, we must transform these practices.
We must infuse the design of products, buildings, and landscapes with a rich and detailed understanding of ecology, learn how to create and sustain an eco economy, define and demonstrate how we must change our lifestyles in order to create a sustainable urban environment, and ensure our survival on planet earth.
