School of Engineering Joining Instructions
All new students should attend their first lecture on Monday 16 January 2012 at 9am in Room 129, Wardroom, Pembroke Building. Following this lecture, please return to Room 129 at 11am for the School induction. This is a very important session and you are strongly advised to attend to ensure you get off to a good start on your programme of studies.

If your postgraduate programme is not listed above, but is in the School of Engineering, the information presented applies to you as well.
- If you miss the induction, please see your programme tutor as soon as possible. A list of the programme tutors is available outside the School of Engineering as well as the Student Centre.
- A copy of your timetable will be available from the School office until Friday 20 January 2012. After this date you will need to login to the university portal for your programme timetable, visit http://portal.gre.ac.uk. The timetable is under the tab ‘My Learning’.
Please note that the School staff cannot print the timetables out for you.
