I lecture on screen media, media theory and creative industries in the Department of Communication and Creative Arts. I also work on the Upstart programme, supporting entrepreneurship in the creative industries.
My research is on the history of digital culture, media practices and the business of media and communication. At present I am co-authoring a book on the creative industries and work in the digital economy.
