Building on the university's century-old reputation for science education, the School of Science provides undergraduate full-time, part-time and sandwich courses in a comprehensive selection of scientific studies, and is well known for its flexible learning courses.

Medway Sciences offers research and consultancy in the area of pharmaceutical science and formulation. It has strong industrial links and dedicated laboratory facilities.
