The main focus for student-run social life at Greenwich is a few minutes' walk from the campus. Cooper Building, home to the Students' Union, houses a general store and the union bar, Bar Latitude. This lively venue offers food and drink at reasonable prices and hosts weekly events, including live band nights, karaoke and film nights. It also has a games room with pool tables, games machines and a jukebox, and a snooker room with a full-sized table.
