The summer 2018 crop of Greenwich graduates have been collecting their degrees, with undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD students all celebrating their success.

Taking place in the stunning neoclassical surroundings of The Old Royal Naval College Chapel, Greenwich, the graduation ceremonies are a fitting way to mark the end of the journey students embark on when starting university.

Seneo Mwamba, graduating with a BA in Events Management, said: "Studying at the University of Greenwich was a great experience, not just in academic terms, but also in the friends I made and the lecturers I had.

"I'd like to give a special shout-out to my lecturers Pamela Zigomo and Jessica Templeton who have a real passion for what they do and were always there to support and guide me."

Charlotte Kingsland, graduating with a BA in Public Relations and Communications, said: "The guidance provided by the course and visiting lecturers helped me develop my current skill set and taught me both personal and professional skills.

"Since leaving my studies I have secured a job with Time Square Studios as a Publicity Executive in New York, which is a real dream come true."

Anne Poulson, COO at the University of Greenwich, presided over some of the graduations and said: "We're incredibly proud of all the students who are graduating and would like to wish them every success in the future.

"Our aim is to provide the support and guidance students need to thrive in their chosen field and to enable them to enjoy their Greenwich experience, and it's always a massive pleasure to speak to so many happy graduates after each ceremony."
