All events at the Festival are free but advance booking is strongly recommended for those events which are bookable.   There are many drop-in activities which are not bookable –  the Festival programme, available through the PROGRAMME link in the website menu to the right, gives full information about activities, locations and times.  A plan of the Festival venue is also available on the PROGRAMME page.

INDIVIDUALS: Individuals may book for any of the bookable events - click here to see available events and make a booking.  If you are planning to come to the Festival but do not wish to book for any bookable event, please click here to register.  If you are booking for a specific event or events, there is no need for any further registration.  Since some people who have booked may not show up, there may be a small number of places available on the day even if an event is fully booked.

Individuals attending the Festival should go first to the Registration area on the west side of Queen Anne Court, where you will be given essential information.  This applies whether or not you have registered in advance.

TEACHERS: Please book by registering your school party at .  Capacity at each event is limited, and many of the bookable events are now fully booked,  When you have registered your party via the first link, please email indicating your first and second preferences (including times) for bookable events: we will confirm your allocation by email as soon as we can (There are plenty of non-bookable events to enjoy during your visit.)  Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.  If your arrangements change, please let us know as soon as possible. If you book for a party and do not come to the Festival, or if you bring significantly fewer students than you have booked for, and you have not given us reasonable notice, we reserve the right to invoice your school for £100: this is to ensure that we are able to accommodate as many school students as possible.
