GWizards is an exciting, employability initiative developed by the Department of Computing & Information Systems.

The aim of GWizards is to work closely with the local community by utilising the talents of our bright, innovative students and recent graduates wthin real-world development projects. In this way:

  • Our students gain relevant experience in the workplace solving real-world problems.
  • Organisations (particularly voluntary and public sector) gain practical technical help for little or no cost.

For all external organisations, the following pages will provide an insight into the ways in which our students/recent graduates can help you take a more innovative approach to your IT development problems.

For recent CIS graduates, current CIS students and prospective applicants, the following pages will provide an insight into the types of exciting and fulfilling projects you can get involved with as a part of CIS.

On these pages you will find details about some of the projects that our students have recently been involved in and you will find testimonials from our clients and students alike.

If you are interested in finding out more about us, or any of the things we do, you will also find our contact information. Please get in touch if you would like to become involved in any way with our activities.

GWizards operates from offices in the Historic Royal Naval College at Greenwich and at the Greenwich Digital Enterprise Centre (DEG) at the Greenwich Peninsula.
