Graduates GWizards

As a result of completing your Undergraduate/Masters degree you will have developed many practical skills required within the real-world. However, in a competitive job market you need to make your application stand out from the crowd: relevant work experience that demonstrates you have applied your practical skills to real-world developments will help get your application noticed by an employer, and help you to obtain that all-important first job

GWizards aims to support CIS graduates (at both Undergraduate and Masters level) for up to two years after graduation.

As a recent graduate you may apply to become a GWizards volunteer.

If a suitable project is available then the number of hours per week that you spend volunteering will be agreed with your GWizards supervisor and will be reviewed on a regular basis.

If you are in receipt of benefits of any kind then you must check to ensure that those benefits are not affected by your volunteering activities. The DirectGov website can help you further.

If you were an overseas student then we will need evidence that your current visa allows you to volunteer in the UK.
