Supporting the career ambitions of our students is at the heart of the Drama team at the University of Greenwich.
To this end, the team have developed 'Creative Futures' which aims to offer a programme of events to engage students, as well as staff and the local community, in conversation about the arts and about careers in the creative arts sector. Creative Futures will enable students on the BA Drama degree and BA Drama & English Literature degree to understand how their degree might prepare them for a future in the industry.
The first ever Creative Futures event took place in late February 2020 at the University's Bathway theatre in Woolwich. The event was a great success and featured panel discussions, Q&A sessions with alumni and others working in the industry and also offered students the opportunity to network with a range of international arts organisations - meeting professionals and learning more about the industry from a range of perspectives.
