If you are organising or hosting university events please add them to the "Calendar of Events" on the portal using the "Submit a new event" link.

You can find the new form on the portal home page under Announcements.

This enables your event to be included in future weekly events stories; it will be included when you add the event and again in the three weeks before it takes place, so the earlier you add your events the more they will be seen across the university.
