  • You can still access 1 to 1 tutorials through an easy "one click" online video conferencing system.
  • You can still find lots of useful academic advice on the Academic Skills Hub Online
  • You can take part in online academic support courses such as "LevelUp" that will help you polish your skills and earn you University Passport Points.

Book an Online 1 to 1 Tutorial:

Your academic support team already offer the option of online 1 to 1 tutorials. You can find this when you make a booking to see one of us. 

You will be provided with a weblink.

You don't need any special app or software, just a browser on any PC or smart device that has a microphone option and preferably, but not necessarily, a webcam so we can see you.

Skype For Business:

LevelUp@GRE:

LevelUp is our online skills course designed to help you develop essential study skills at your own speed and in your own time. Polish up your skills by accessing this course through your portal. Watch the videos, read the hints and tips and take part in the quizzes and games. There are University Passport Points to be won.


Student Mentors: 

Join in with the student mentors Padlet page. Post questions, suggestions and ideas on this student community chat page hosted by 3rd Year Greenwich Study Pals.


Online Drop-In:

Come and chat about your work with Mike and other tutors and librarians in the academic support capsule isolated in its orbit around the Moon. Every Thursday from 12 till 2pm we come in to range, just click here to take part.


Subject Specific Help:

The library provides so many electronic resources and there's even more out there on the web. How do you decide which is useful for you and what's not?

We have a team of subject librarians who have created web pages specifically to help you.  These are available on our library guides (libguides) pages.  There is also the option to talk to the librarians using  Skype for Business either on the page shown below or once you are on the appropriate subject page. A guide for joining a skype session can be found above on this page.
