In preparation for the switchover you will need to export your LibrarySearch e-Shelf before 26 July.

We are implementing a new Library Management System and on 27 July we will change to a new system for LibrarySearch. This is part of a collaborative Library Systems project involving the Universities of Greenwich, Kent and Canterbury Christ Church.  

The new system will allow us to make improvements to the way you borrow books in future, bringing benefits for university staff and students, as well as a refreshed look for LibrarySearch. 

To prepare for the switchover please:

  • Export your LibrarySearch e-Shelf by emailing it to yourself or importing it in to your preferred reference management software. This must be done by the 26 July. Information on how to export your e-shelf is available at: http://libguides.gre.ac.uk/librarysearch
  • Note the reservation system will be unavailable from the 14–27 July. Any reservations which are not waiting for collection by 14 July will need to be reserved again after 27 July.
  • Keep an eye on the portal and your email! We'll keep you posted about key dates and developments.
