All staff are invited to complete this survey and your views will help shape this initiative at Greenwich and inform the new university Athena Swan working group.

The focus of the Athena Swan initiative is gender equality in the university (and related) workplace and now covers all subjects, not just STEMM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths and Medical). The survey is open to all staff from academic and professional services.

The survey closes on Friday 24 November 2017 and responses are anonymous, we anticipate it will take 10-15 minutes to complete, and you don't have to complete it in one session.

From 2018 we will measure staff's overall engagement using a pulse survey, and the data from this Athena Swan survey will complement that information.
