The programme is designed to enable a wide range of women, in academic and professional roles in HE, to engage with leadership development at an earlier stage in their careers.

Aurora is therefore aimed at women up to and including Senior Lecturer level (AC3) and their Professional Services equivalent (SG8).  The programme is limited to a cohort of 10 delegates from the university, therefore acceptance onto the programme will be by a competitive process.

It is not an alternative to our existing leadership programmes, but a complementary addition to all leadership programmes organised by HR.
