Add your thoughts to the ideas from the recent Open Space session on Greenwich campus Articles

Last week people on Greenwich campus got involved discussing their ideas to feed into our Strategic Plan 2017-2022. Some of the ideas discussed have already been uploaded into the Ideas Centre, and there's more to come, but why not take a look and add your views and opinions - and votes - to those there, including:

  • Employ more people from commerce as lecturers at the university
  • Upgrading all vehicles to alternative fuel
  • Asking if we try and operate in too many 'markets' or 'delivery models'
  • Introducing a comprehensive student dashboard
  • Improve (and introduce) consistency of systems across the university
  • Standardise on communication with students
  • Look into delivering internal staff development courses that lead to an externally recognised accredited qualification, particularly in leadership and management

It's not too late to join the conversation

The ideas above are just a selection of the latest ideas submitted in the Ideas Centre. There's sixty ideas with over a hundred comments, and many more votes, and over 300 staff involved so far.

There's still time for you to get involved, whether that's online in the Ideas Centre, or coming along to the last Open Space session (see below for details of how to book), or both before we pause the Ideas Centre for analysis on Friday 24 February.

The final Open Space session is taking place in the Stephen Lawrence building, Greenwich campus on 22 February starting at 2pm.  If you'd like to come along - you don't have to be based on Greenwich campus - then please use this link: book me a place and we'll send you the appointment.
