Share your thoughts on the first draft of our new Strategic Plan for 2017-22 Articles

The Ideas Centre has now reopened and includes the main proposals of the first draft of the Strategic Plan for 2017-22. The Vice-Chancellor invites you to read and comment on these key ideas in the new plan, to vote, and if you think things are missing to post a new idea. It will close on Friday 5 May, so please get involved before then.

In the introduction, the Vice-Chancellor says "Without doubt Greenwich is a different and better university than it was five years ago. But there is much more to be done, and we remain as intensely ambitious for the future as ever. The new plan seeks to embrace change and develop the university so that we can flourish in the new world, and thus better serve our staff, students and other stakeholders. This new strategic plan builds on the firm foundations and clear direction already set, and is best seen as a new chapter in the evolution of the university. It is about continuing what has been started, building on what works well, and introducing new elements that will cement the university's position as a well-respected national and international higher education institution."

To comment and vote on ideas, if you haven't already done so you will need to register to use the Ideas Centre; the FAQs provide more information, including how to use the online tool.
