The keynote, by John Tatam, is titled "The Great Unspoken Shame of Higher Education: Tackling the BME Attainment Gap"

The them for this year's event is inclusivity and is titled Inclusive Practice and Student Success: Leading Change and all of the universities at Medway campus are involved, with the Vice Chancellor's from each university delivering the welcome address.

We are pleased to welcome John Tatam who will give the keynote "The Great Unspoken Shame of Higher Education: Tackling the BME Attainment Gap".

John is an experienced consultant, who has been widely involved in equalities and cohesion issues.  Over the last three years he has been supporting the work at Kingston University to address the BME attainment gap.
