The University of Greenwich has three campuses, each offering a unique vibe and specialist facilities for the subject area you’ll be studying.

Greenwich Campus

If your degree programme is based here, you'll be in our historic buildings on the River Thames and the high-tech Stockwell Street building, which houses state-of-the-art learning resources, film and TV studios, and one of Europe's largest teaching and learning green roof landscapes.

The following subjects are based at our Greenwich Campus:

  • Architecture, landscape and the built environment
  • Business
  • Computing, mathematics and information technology
  • Humanities and social sciences
  • Law and criminology
  • Media and creative arts.

A number of our health and education programmes are also based here, including childhood and youth studies, community studies, counselling, psychology, social work and some teaching programmes.

Avery Hill Campus

If your degree programme is based here you'll be a few miles down the road from Greenwich and will enjoy the community feel of a more traditional university campus. A recent £14-million investment includes two new buildings, four clinical skills laboratories and two floodlit, all-weather sport pitches. Avery Hill is also home to the Student Village where many of our students live and there's a free inter-campus bus service to Greenwich.

  • Physical education and sport

Medway Campus

If your degree programme is based here you'll find that your teaching and living spaces are a few minutes' walk from each other. There are industry standard laboratories in science, engineering, pharmacy and natural resources, as well as a huge library. The campus is about 30 miles from central London in Chatham Maritime Kent and has a dedicated university bus service to the other two campuses.

  • Pharmaceutical, chemical and environmental sciences.
