Intra- and Inter- group Processes in Business

This Special Interest Group examines group processes in a business context. Groups provide individuals with a sense of belonging and self-esteem. Intergroup processes relates to both individual interactions concerning members from various groups and the combined behaviour of groups in interaction with different out-groups.
