5 December 2017: Research on Living Wage presented to government

Research forms part of a report by the Low Pay Commission, an independent body that recommends the rates of the National Minimum Wages, including the National Living Wage, to government.

20 October 2017: UNISON have released Sian Moore's evaluation of its Ethical Care Charter

UNISON's Ethical Care Charter (ECC) was launched in 2012 and since 32 Councils and care providers have adopted the Charter. The research explores the implications of the adoption of the Charter for homecare services; primarily for the working conditions of homecare workers, but consequently service users.
