Focuses on broad issues relating to work and employment and its organisational and societal contexts.

The Centre for Research on Employment and Work (CREW) was established in 2018 and emerged through the federation of three existing research groups based in the University of Greenwich Business Faculty: the Work and Employment Research Unit (WERU), the Public Services International Research Unit (PSIRU) and the Leadership and Organisational Behaviour research group (LOB). CREW houses one cross-faculty interest group; the Diversity Interest Group (DIG).

Federation is based on shared interests in terms of intellectual rationale, disciplinary and methodological approaches and academic endeavour.

CREW also has an active Advisory Board that contributes expertise and thinking to CREW work and provide key links to practitioners and external academics.
