A cross-faculty centre working across the University to bring expertise together in order to help older people to have healthy and fulfilling lives.

Helping people to grow older in a happy and healthy way is the subject of a major research initiative at the Univeristy of Greenwich. Since the number of older people is rapidly increasing in many countries of the world the university established the Centre for Positive Ageing (CfPA).

The CfPA is a cross-faculty centre working across the University to bring expertise together in order to help older people to have healthy and fulfilling lives. To achieve better ageing for all the Centre for Positive Ageing strives to increase the quality and quantity of research by promoting a research culture within the university and by establishing collaborative partnerships with local, national and international organisations.
