This activity takes place online Oli is responsible for digital thought leadership, research and insights as Head of the Capita Institute. He has worked across multiple industries as a management consultant, has expertise in strategy, technology and innovation, and is a regular contributor to leading publications on these topics. He has also worked as a Management Consultant with PWC, Diamond Management & Technology Consulting and Deloitte. Oli holds a PhD in Consumer Ethics and Decision Science as well as MSc in Marketing with Distinction and First-class BSc in International Management with American Business Studies. We’re living in an age of unprecedented disruption for business and individuals. But also, potentially great opportunity to view work and life after the pandemic as a new frontier. There are choices to be made and opportunities for organisations to rethink, reimagine and reset. As we look ahead, one thing is clear. Innovation is now non-negotiable. With evolving technologies playing a vital role, and the pace of change not set to slow, now is the time for organisations in both the public and private sector to be their own catalysts for change and to tap into the wealth of resources that will allow them to innovate. Can we turn this uncertainty into cause for hope and optimism?
