The popular media is awash with well-meaning but often misinformed advice on what to eat for mental wellbeing. Whilst there may be a grain of truth in some of it, much is based on myth and legend, not to mention commercial gain. Living on goji berries is not going to keep you happy, in fact, it might make you ill if taken to extremes.

Mental wellbeing is rooted in many interlinked factors, and one contributor is healthy balanced nutrition.

This short session will investigate how healthy nutrition supports wellbeing and present a selection of current nutrition-related research interests.

There will be time for questions and answers.

A presentation by Sue Force followed by Q&A. Dr. Nazanin Zand will join for the discussion.
